We are located at 101 S Houk Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99216, just south of Sprague Ave and just down the street from Baskin Robbins. We are a convenient option for your storage solution.

What are your office hours?

How far away from Spokane are you?

We are less than 20 minutes east of Spokane on I-90. You will find us an affordable self-storage solution just outside of the city limits.

Is your facility secure?

Yes! We have fencing all around the facility along with security cameras. All areas are well lit, both for added security and for your convenience when you visit your storage unit later in the evening.

Do you offer online bill pay?

Absolutely! We are happy to accept payments online with a credit card.

Are your units climate controlled?

They are not, but that allows us to provide you with some of the best prices in the area. All our units are ground level for easy unloading of your items. With our easy and convenient access, we offer you a great value.
